借款
We attempt to borrow most items. Whole issues of journals, genealogical materials, dissertations, & a/v may be difficult to obtain. There are some limitations due to copyright restrictions. 书 & other materials needed more than once will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. It's not recommended to request textbooks for courses.
Turnaround Time & 交付
The average turnaround time is around eight days, often less for articles. Please allow us enough time to process your request & receive the item. You will be notified by e-mail when your items arrive. 书 are held at the 循环 Desk on the first floor of the 图书馆. Articles are delivered through your ILL account, or (rarely) held at the Desk if mailed by lending library.

Fees for lost items, postage charges, & charges for requests vary depending on lending library.

Items that are declared lost will accrue a $15.00 processing charge plus the cost of the item (we reserve the right to charge more based on the lending library's charges).

The ILL office cooperates with the copyright guidelines of the federal government & individual publishers. We may turn down requests due to copyright restrictions or charges.
